The Resource Link Department provides case coordination services for children and adolescents in the fields of mental and behavioral health. We help families find resources for their children. We schedule an intake appointment with each family and complete an assessment with parents to find out what problems they are having. We then discuss all of the options for resources for meeting the needs of that family. We make referrals to the service providers to ensure that families are able to access the necessary resources. We stay involved with families for a minimum of 90 days to ensure families are being provided the resources they need, to make sure they are happy with those services, and to make sure that it is helping their childre.

We are familiar with all of the resources in this area. We serve Knox County, Warren County, and Henderson County. But we do serve some extended counties as well. We also have access to services in Peoria. We can help you find anything your family may need.
