You are personally invited by the staff of Beacon of Hope Hospice to attend a memorial service to celebrate and honor the loved one you have lost. Our staff hopes this service will help you gain strength and comfort through remembering your beloved.

Our celebration of life will include music, special readings, sharing of memories of our loved ones, and candle lighting for each one memorialized. We will be serving a snack and refreshments following the service.

The memorial will be held at Beacon of Hope Hospice 256 South Soangetatha Rd, Ste 103 Galesburg, IL on Sunday, January 29th at 2:00 P.M.

If you are able to join us please RSVP as soon as possible by contacting us at (563)391-6933. When reserving please give your name, the number attending, and the name of your loved one. If you can, please bring a picture of your loved one to place on the memory table.
